For event location managers and venue managers, please note that the services provided as described within this website are provided legally with all articles and required instruments to satisfy legal and health and safety requirements in place with supporting information where needed being readily available on this site.

Naijamaican is happy to provide an attendance to direct service where your chef is given full directions on what goods to purchase and support to cook meals for a fee of £1950.00 for a six hour session and £250 for every hour therafter. In principle, this service is suited to event locations where internal policy does not allow for outside catering to be used and do not provide free access to kitchens to patrons either for a fee or as part of their packages. This involves provision of a full shopping list and attendance to provide direction/guidance on preparing a Nigerian or Jamaican Meal/Meals without any hands on involvement.
Naijamaican is happy to provide a full printed pack outlining services provided, prices, costs, scope and range of service including insurance and certification/registration papers at a price of £20.00 + VAT for you to show to your clients or read yourself.
This is because the site is fully managed and answers the average questions and the business meets all legal requirements and as a small business find it uneconomical to make this extra expenditure to suit venues who are seeking professional specialist cuisine.
