Naijamaican accepts payments by cash for orders below £50 by prior arrangement.

A 75% Deposit is required to secure a booking with the remainder payable prior to the date of the event unless otherwise agreed. Rush orders i.e less than 1 month notice must be paid in full before the event.

You may pay using Transcash at any post office. When filling in forms quote Naijamaican's ID NUMBER 5974763 and the reference number is your ORDER NUMBER-SURNAME/ORGANISATION NAME which can be obtained by using the cash on delivery option on checkout. Please retain your reciept as you may be asked to produce it as proof of payment. Allow at least 3- 5 days for payment to reach Naijamaican.
You may use the online payment system for payments using major debit and credit cards via google express checkout or paypal express checkout. Both services require you to register and provide and confirm your details before use. Payments using Paypal or Googlepay may take up to 5 days to reach Naijamaican's Bank Account.
You may pay by guaranteed personal or business cheque which should be posted to the address specified on your reciept when you checkout ideally using recorded post. Payments using this method should be sent allowing time to be recieved and to clear our account within agreed timelines.
You may make payments by BACS, CHAPS or Standing Order direct to our bank account. The bank Account Name is Naijamaican. The Account number is 05974763 Sort Code : 720000 and Bank Name: Alliance & Leicester Commercial Bank, Merseyside. Most payments made this way will reach Naijamaican on the same day if paid before 3pm or on the next working day. This is the recommended method for RUSH ORDERS.
For companies and corporate bodies, invoices are payable on reciept with a 75% deposit payment required to secure a booking for any of our services; i.e unless short notice service level agreements are in place, when you place an order an invoice will be sent with an e-payment invoice requesting a 75% depository payment, and on completion the remainder is payable within 7 days.

Payments using paypal gift vouchers purchased from this site are also accepted.

Naijamaican's VAT Number is GB 923 8276 09. All charges are subject to VAT and VAT invoices or proposed charges are provided to you when you make a payment or request a quotation.

There is a surcharge for delivery and to transport other goods and equipment to your location. The charges vary depending on the services you request. Charges are either light scale, medium scale or heavy scale.

Jobs which run over or exceed stated times will incur an additional surcharge as external couriers are used to deliver and collect goods and equipment and staff cannot work excess hours without pay.

Refundable deposits are payable for the use of food coolers, use of chafers, china, silver and glassware and linen. Where these deposits are waived, please note that this is not an indication that breakages or extensive damage to linen will be overlooked.
