Planning Starts off with a consultation process which helps to identify needs, requirements and preferences.
Naijamaican provides an in depth consultation service either face to face or by telephone and or email.
Once needs and requirements and preferences have been provided, Outlining the Event in a stage by stage way.
Some clients may prefer to outline needs, set budgets and leave the rest to Naijamaican, others want to work with a plan and initiate step by step implementation, the choice is entirely yours.
Once this is completed you then get a comprehensive plan in e-book format or in hard copy format. This will contain a clear outline of your plan with all areas of need, your requirements and your preferences including any quotations for inhouse services required, information about suppliers for services not provided in house and quotations from external service providers.
When this has been recieved, you may now want to engage a further consultation in order to make decisions, make firm arrangements and choices and to outline coordination preferences and any other areas of need.
Its your event, the role here is to help to work to keep things within realistic limits, to keep costs as low as possible whereever possible, to assist with ensuring that all requirements are met and within timescales that are adequate to prevent hitches and of course to make sure you totally enjoy the day.
