Event Planning/FacilitationFees
Please do not pay any fees until you have contacted us to determine we are able to meet your needs. A retainer/deposit of 50% is required for these services before commencement of any work. For plans, turnaround time is usually 3-10 days after final consultation depending on scope of requirements. For all other services such as bespoke gifts and bridal gifts, 3 weeks notice is required. There are no rush around staff available, the shortest notice considered is 2 weeks.
Finding an Event Location £ 23.98 excl VAT
Finding an Event location including attendance to event locations for recce on behalf of clients £ 39.79 excl VAT
For this fee we will work with you to seek out and present you with up to four options according to your needs and requirements and seek to obtain a provisional booking for your preferred date.
The fee includes checking and ratifying all terms and conditions to ensure that all the arrangements meet your needs and covers our administrative costs for provision of this service. This fee is also chargeable if Naijamaican has to liaise with a venue or location to ensure acceptance, use of or attendance of specialist cuisine as provided by the company.
Finding Accomodation The Fee for Finding and Facilitating Accomodation and or Honeymoon Locations is 15.98 excl VAT.
For this fee, we will seek out up to three locations for hotel/bed and breakfast lodgings or seek accomodation for up to three parties and present you with our findings .
The fee includes checking and ratifying terms and conditions and ensuring that the location meets your requested requirements and covers our administrative costs.
Further fees will be charged if you require more than stated above including securing the accomodation, bespoke decoration of rooms and providing/securing accomodation services.
Preparing a Conventional Wedding Plan including Consultation £ 150
For this fee, you get up to 3 hours of telephone consultation or and a face to face meeting or 3 and a half hours of telephone consultation and preparation of a comprehensive plan including Seeking providers for up to 6 service provides and present you with our findings and a clear outline of plans in email format. For a printed document by post there is an additional charge of £ 10.
The fee includes checking and ratifying including ensuring that the all areas meet your requested requirements and covers our administrative costs.

Preparing a Nigerian Traditional and Conventional Wedding Plan including consultation. £ 210
For this fee, you get up to 4 hours of telephone consultation or and a face to face meeting or 4 and a half hours of telephone consultation and preparation of a comprehensive plan including Seeking providers for up to 6 service provides and present you with our findings and a clear outline of plans in email format. Preparing Eru Idano - Traditional Gifts for Bride's family. £ 350.00
For this fee, you get prepared decorated boxes of items specified within Yoruba traditional weddings as gifts for the brides family. Boxes are cream coloured and then tied with a Gold Bow and labelled.
