Events Facilitation We are happy to work with you to find and secure the right venue, find and secure accomodation for out of town guests, provide bespoke and specialised decoration, preparation and laying out of your event venue. This ranges from finding you a venue, facilitation of specialised equipment such as gazebos, chairs, tables etc, preparing a floor plan and organising name places and seating arrangements, decorating and dressing the tables, chairs and the event location, providing ushers, waiting staff, flowers, baloons, streamers, favour bags and boxes, memorabilia and icebreaker activities and all the materials and facilities that you need to make the day a success. Costs are based on individual needs and quotations available on request. Location Location Location Review the choices of venues we have on our records. We are happy to work with you to determine the right location for your event and to present you with choices to suit your needs, organise provisional bookings and viewings and work with the venue owners to make your day go well. We can organise accomodation and seek/research honeymoon locations if needed working with you to ensure we find you the right place for your occassion. We will sift all the small print, assist with seating plans, and ensure that all areas of need are covered adequately. Event Location The fee for event finding and securing including providing you with all detail and arranging provisional bookings and viewings is £23.98 excl. VAT. For this fee we will work with you to seek out and present you with up to four options according to your needs and requirements and seek to obtain a provisional booking for your preferred date. The fee includes checking and ratifying all terms and conditions to ensure that all the arrangements meet your needs and covers our administrative costs for provision of this service. This fee is also chargeable if Naijamaican has to liaise with a venue or location to ensure acceptance, use of or attendance of specialist cuisine as provided by the company. Further fees will be charged if you require more than stated above. Please do not pay the fee until you have contacted us to determine we are able to meet your needs. Accomodation The Fee for Finding and Facilitating Accomodation and or Honeymoon Locations is 15.98 excl VAT.For this fee, we will seek out up to three locations for hotel/bed and breakfast lodgings or seek accomodation for up to three parties and present you with our findings . The fee includes checking and ratifying terms and conditions and ensuring that the location meets your requested requirements and covers our administrative costs. Further fees will be charged if you require more than stated above including securing the accomodation, bespoke decoration of rooms and providing/securing accomodation services. All fees are payable using our secure payments service by credit or debit card, bacs, chaps, standing order or cheque. Please follow the instructions accompanying each payment option carefully. You are advised to contact us to discuss your needs prior to payment.
